How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Hong Kong and are generally delivered within 4-7 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched in 24 hour cycles excluding weekends and holidays.
Occasionally there can be delays with customs and/or couriers which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.
During holiday seasons expect delays in general. Shipping times may be effected.
**Please be advised our shipping time frame is a guide only and we do not guarantee delivery within those guidelines. Your order is our highest priority and we do everything possible to minimize any delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding should you experience any delays.
Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. If you do not receive please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders require a signature on delivery. If you arrange drop off deliver without a signature we are not responsible if you package goes missing.
Make sure your delivery address is attended during business hours.
We cannot send to PO BOXES/Locked Bags, please ensure a street address is given.

Duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of your order being delivered.
